Procrastination means delaying or postponing the work that needs to be done immediately as it has serious consequence in your life.. Procrastination is a Latin word where pro means 'forward', and crastinus means 'till next day' and here "cras" means 'tomorrow'.

The ability to concentrate single-mindedly on your most important task, to do it well and to finish it completely, is the key to great success, achievement, respect, status, and happiness in life. This key insight is the heart and soul of our Procrastination counselling.

Creative Procrastination Vs Problematic Procrastination
Procrastination has been found to result in health problems, stress, anxiety, sense of guilt and crisis, which results in so many chronic illnesses. These can be signs of problematic procrastination. Procrastination has been linked to a number of negative associations, such as depression, irrational behaviour, low self-esteem, anxiety and even neurological disorders.

In order to do the high value tasks first you must procrastinate on small and low value activities. Creative procrastination requires you to decide to procrastinate on, outsource, delegate and eliminate those activities that don't make much of a contribution to your life.

You must pin your focus on increasing your overall levels of productivity, performance and output and making yourself more valuable in whatever you do. There are more than 300 scientific ways to eliminate procrastination permanently from your life. Remember the key to great success is fast, predictable improvements in your performance and result, and this can only happen when you are action-oriented.
