Self-doubt is that internal voice that questions your abilities, downplays your performance and leads to ambivalence and avoidance. In other words, a feeling of having no confidence in your abilities and decisions. Hence, Self-doubt can be a troubling and persuasive voice that holds you back. You fear change because you are afraid of the unknown. You are simply woven around habits, good and bad. The self-doubt amplifies this fear. A small failure makes you question your abilities, you feel like you aren′t good enough or smart enough to do anything. And that′s when you stop trying. When you doubt yourself you feel worthless, diminished, and of little value. You become insecure, pessimistic, angry and dissatisfied.
You must be serious in building self-confidence and getting rid of self-doubt.
