A Teachers’ Mentor at the National Mission for Mentoring under the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Dr. Seema combines over two decades of expertise with her passion for transformation. Her distinguished academic journey includes being a UGC-JRF scholar, earning a Doctorate with a pioneering thesis on Success Principles, and pursuing advanced studies in Psychology, Counselling, and Therapy at the University of Oxford, London.
She is a Jack Canfield Certified Trainer in Success Principles, a Certified Career Counselor, and has received international certifications in Branding and Marketing (University of Oxford, London) as well as Public Speaking (California). Her work has touched lives globally, enabling thousands to overcome limiting beliefs and step into lives of clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As the Founder of the Centre for Advance Research in Education (C.A.R.E.) and the International Research and Education Council (I.R.E.C.), Dr. Seema leads research-driven initiatives to revolutionize teacher training, personal mastery, and educational excellence.
